Promotional Terms

Limit one promotion per customer. Promotions are available for new customers only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer except for promo rate pricing.
Promotions are subject to change at anytime and based on availability. Promotions are only available through online booking and may not be available in-store.
Promotions do not apply to taxes, insurance, administrative fees or other fees.
Promotions must be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be applied to an existing rental, once rented.

Promotional rates automatically revert to the Standard Rate following the 1/2 off promo period.
All units and rates are subject to potential rate increases as outlined in the rental agreement.

Only available at participating locations on select units as advertised.
“First Month Half Off,” “Second Month Half Off” and other rent promotions do not apply to taxes, insurance, administrative fees or other fees and may not be combined with other specials.
Promotional 1/2 off rates automatically revert to the Standard Rate following the abatement period.

Unit sizes advertised for rent are approximate and actual units may differ slightly in shape, location, and/or size.
Customers should inspect the actual unit to be rented before signing a rental agreement and base the decision to rent on the inspection not the advertised unit size or description.
Rental rates for storage units are not based entirely on square footage measurements.
